Pleather Pants

I wore this outfit on Friday night. I went to a friend's birthday party in Berkeley and I wanted to look casual with and edge. I went for these pleather pants to make the outfit a little less ordinary. I wore the sweater I wore in the last post and threw on my faux suede jacket. Oh, and I guess these heels kind of pull the whole look together.

Did you guys have good weekends? I've been trying to get some Christmas shopping done. I'm going to go to Target tomorrow after work to look for a few things. The thought of it makes my stomach hurt. I hate the whole shopping frenzy that surrounds Christmas. But I have to get this over with. That's the spirit, huh?

Jacket: Simply Vera by Vera Wang
Pleather Pants: Urban Outfitters
Sweater: Wet Seal (I know I know. Whatever)
Shoes: Dolce Vita
Bag: DKNY via TJ Maxx

CUTE! I have a pair of leggings that are leather in the front and regular legging in the back, and I haven't gotten up the nerve to wear them yet!

Love those leggings paired with the chunky sweater. You look like a rock star! I was in the shopping frenzy this weekend and it pretty much sucked, but I got the girls almost finished! Yah :)

Very cool. Leather/pleather always provides the "edge" you were looking for. And you're so naturally hip that it doesn't take much!

Lol, don't worry, I think lots of people hate that part of "the spirit." You're rocking those pants Tracy, and I love that jacket- the sort of ruffly detail in front is so pretty!

I want pleather pants, but I'm afraid I will get stuck in them. Do you watch "Friends"? If not, Google "Ross getting suck in leather pants, Friends." That would be me.

Pleather pants-I need to get me some of those! Yes I hate the shopping frenzy, hence starting in the summer so I'm pretty much done!

I can totally relate on the frenzy - I haven't bought a single thing yet this year. I'm just having trouble getting into the mood. It's like there are too many politics about who i'm buying for and how much i 'have' to spend.
takes the fun out of it.
right now I just want everyone to email me a link to what they want, so I can click buy and stop stressing.

then i can have fun wrapping and baking - what i really want to do anyway.

Haha, I have the same kind of holiday spirit you do - dread... Every year I tell myself I'll start shopping early and what do I do? Not that! haha
Anyway, love your edgy pleather pants and those heels are goooorgeous - love the funky shape and wedge to them!
