Today I'm wearing this great cotton striped t-shirt dress that I picked up at TJ Maxx for $12.99 last night. I went initially to find a gift for my contortion teacher, who is about to give birth to her very first baby. It's a girl! I found some fabulous gifts for the baby and I also ended up with this amazing dress and these platforms. I can't seem to just shop for others, especially in TJ Maxx.
I styled the dress with a vest and a scarf. I'm wearing a statement necklace so that when I take the scarf off, there's still something interesting visible. This bag was an amazing find on sale at J Crew. It's originally $128 but I got it for $17.49. Pretty exciting when that happens.

I love that dress too. I really want a t-shirt dress but haven't found one I really like yet. I want it fitted but not too fitted. Maybe I'll head over to TJ Maxx though...

I love purple and olive together- what a great colour combo and striped dress- you can never go wrong! It's finally starting to warm up here- I hope I can put away my winter gear for good!

What an adorable little dress~ But I have to say my favorite part is those adorable wedges. Love them! TJ Maxx is great for dresses - I've found a few good ones there over the years. Adorable styling, miss!

I visited the link you posted here and I definitely enjoyed reading it. LOVE the way you styled those maxi dress especially the first pic. Just want to know where did u get that dress? Actually, since I got 2 kids, I never go shopping to mall anymore, I usually check online looking for cheap clothes instead of searching through racks and racks of items at the mall. It's been so easy and comfortable since I don't have to carry my kids at all when buying clothes or any stuff I need.
